"They devoted themselves to the teaching of the apostles and to the communal life, to the breaking of the bread and to the prayers." (Acts, 2:42)
Any Christian Church finds its mission statement in scripture, Matthew 28:19: "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you".
To fulfill this Christ given mission, Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church is a community of Catholic disciples of Jesus Christ who, filled with the Holy Spirit, seek to:
1) Know, love and serve God in this life, and to be happy with Him forever in the next (Worship and Prayer)
2) Grow in our knowledge of, and faithfulness to, our Catholic faith (Faith Formation and Growth)
3) Live our journeys of faith together, offering one another friendship, support, encouragement, healing, and Love (Community Life)
4) Bring the love of Christ to those outside of our parish community, and to bring all people to salvation in Christ (Outreach).
