Enjoy this special faith learning resource as a gift from your Parish! "Deacon Greg used FORMED to present the most recent study group session, The Bible and The Virgin Mary. The information was so clear that my typical response to each session was, "aha!", and was so thorough that I came away without questions but instead an affirmation of my faith. FORMED gave me the impression of having a Catholic library right at my fingertips, just type in a topic or scroll through the thumbnails to get more details on anything that is on your mind." --Connie Wolfe, IHM Parishioner
Do you love working with little children? Are you gifted at keeping them entertained while teaching them about our Faith, or at least willing to give it a try? If yes (or even maybe), then this volunteer opportunity is for you! Our Sunday School Program will need a new Coordinator for the 2023/2024 school year. The program takes place during the 9:00am and 10:45am Masses. We need 1 or 2 volunteers to oversee the classes. It is a lot of fun and very rewarding. If you would like to learn more about the Sunday School Program and are interested in possibly running the program, please contact Peggy Wells, at 859-586-5575 , or email at rickpegwells@yahoo.com, or stop in before, during, or after one of our classes to check us out! Please note that you must be Virtus trained for this position. There is plenty of time before the next school year begins to take a class, so don’t let that stop you from volunteering.

US Catholic Bishops will begin a special National Eucharistic Revival on June 19, 2022. The Bishops of the United States are calling for a three-year grassroots revival of devotion and belief in the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. They believe that God wants to see a movement of Catholics across the United States, healed, converted, formed, and unified by an encounter with Jesus in the Eucharist—and sent out in mission “for the life of the world.” These three years will culminate in the first National Eucharistic Congress in the United States in almost fifty years. Almost a hundred thousand Catholics will join together in Indianapolis for a once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage toward the “source and summit” of our Catholic faith.

Since for all practical purposes almost all restrictions have been lifted by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) as well as by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, it is time that we as Catholics "get back to normal" and one again make Sunday Mass a regular part of our lives. Therefore, as of Saturday, June 12th I am lifting the dispensation from the obligation of attending Sunday Mass that was granted to all parishioners of the Diocese of Covington. Of course, those who are sick and/or unable to attend Mass for a truly legitimate reason, do not need a dispensation. We look forward to welcoming you back to the community of believers as we join together in praising and glorifying our Lord in the Eucharist. Be assured always of my prayers. Please, pray for me. Your devotedly in the Eucharistic Lord, Most Reverend Roger J. Foys, D.D. Bishop of Covington
